Nepal Tourism Board Updates Indian Tour Operators About Nepalese Tourism Products
Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) organized destination Nepal Presentation event in the cities of Raipur, Ranchi & Bhubaneswar on July 1st, 3rd and 5th, 2019 respectively in order to update about Nepalese tourism products to the East Indian Outbound Tour Operators.
The presentations in each cities were highly focused on updating about the new and upcoming Nepalese tourism products and services for the taste of prospective Indian travellers. With this program, NTB has taken initiative communicating with the Indian trade and media about the new tourism products and events in 2020 which can be very helpful for governments campaign in which they are targeting to invite 2 million tourists in year 2020.
During the program, NTB highlighted on Nepal’s various dimensions of tourism offerings ranging from the vast natural and cultural heritages to rewarding spiritual journey, to luxury, which suit the interests and meet demand of all age groups.
The Indian market continues to be the number one contributor of international visitor arrivals to Nepal. Last year, Nepal recorded 200438 Indian visitor arrivals by air which was 25 percent growth over 2017.
